PAYMENT: All orders are shipped C.O.D. or prepaid. If you wish to have terms, please call for a credit application. Terms are strictly Net 30. Late payments may revert your account to C.O.D. and are subject to a 1.5% per month interest. You will be charged $20 for each returned check.
SHIPPING: Most of our items are shipped within 48 business hours (Monday – Saturday) after the orders are placed. We offer 5 different domestic shipping methods: UPS, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Overnight, Truck and USPS. Please request the method of your choice to your salesperson or on your purchase order. Unspecified orders will be shipped UPS or USPS. Local accounts may make arrangements to pick up orders and no shipping charges apply. You must pick up within 5 working days or your order will be reshelved.
RETURNS: We make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience any problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately. Products sold by Funtote.com are covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding products that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the items’ individual pages. Please direct all technical questions to the manufacturer of your product. If Funtote.com determines that any returned product is not defective and does not require warranty repair. We have the right to bill for all shipping, handling, and processing cost attributes to the retuned non-defective product.
Here is the steps you need to do for your product return:
- Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have your Item Number and Order Number available.
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- A note must be enclosed stating the reason for the return and the original date of purchase.
- All return items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box and/or bag, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
- If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must immediately notify Funtote.com within five (5) days. We will then file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- International buyer pays both ways shipping for returns.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
- 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
Claim Suggestions: Please look over your packages carefully. If there is visible damage to the outside of the box, you must note that fact when you sign for the package or it is difficult to get credit for the damaged merchandise from the carrier. You must also keep the original shipment box and packing material for inspection.
Rejected Orders: If shipments are returned to Last Gasp unclaimed or refused, you will be billed for the costs incurred. A reshelving fee may apply.
Collection Fees: We expect you to reimburse us any expenses, such as attorney and collection agency fees that are incurred in collecting past due amounts from you.
